Return & Refund policy

1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached. Items that are used, worn, or missing the original tags will not be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hawaiianoutfit.com@gmail.com. Once we approve your return, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions, including details on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process your refund and post it to your account.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hawaiianoutfit.com@gmail.com.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We accept returns for all products sold in our store, except for items that are used, worn, or without the original tags.

4. Returns
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

5. Return Shipping
To return your item, please contact us at hawaiianoutfit.com@gmail.com for return address details and any additional shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hawaiianoutfit.com@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will ship a new order to you at no cost to you.

7. PayPal Buyer Protection
For customers who pay with PayPal, your purchase is protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection Program. If you have any issues with your order that cannot be resolved through our standard returns and refunds process, you may be eligible to file a claim with PayPal for a refund.
